Location: 3942 S. Avenue 4 1/2 E, Yuma, Arizona 85366
Terms: Annual 10 Month Contract, 20 hours weekly, additional hours as necessary.
Salary: $20,000

The Mission of Ballet Yuma is to cultivate the art of dance through professional-caliber instruction for young dancers and to enrich our community through artistically exceptional productions.
Description The role of company manager of Ballet Yuma [BY] exists to facilitate all non-artistic activities that are necessary to ensure the mission of the organization. The company manager is fully accountable to the BY Board of Directors [Board] and is expected to fulfill the areas of responsibility listed below in a timely fashion, including a detailed monthly report to be presented at the monthly BY board meeting.

❖ Public Relations/Marketing/Advertising
❖ Production Logistics Management/ Production Staff Liaison
❖ Donation Solicitation/Grant Management
❖ House Management
❖ Day to Day Business
❖ General Support to Board Fundraisers
Position Competencies
❖ The company manager must exhibit the following competencies
❖ Excellent interpersonal skills
❖ Clear and concise written and verbal communication
❖ Excellent time management
Preferred Experience
❖ Experience in the arts as a performer, educator, or advocate
❖ Theater experience
❖ Public relations experience including public speaking
