In this internship you will learn:
• The process of how production orders flow through a shop
• How the art department’s role is vote to setting customer expectations, ensuring accurate/quality printing, and efficient production
• How to accurately mock up products for production orders
• How to prep press files for a myriad of products and print methods
• How to prepare color separations for screen printing garments and posters
• how to prepare for and adapt to a fluid production schedule
• How to work in the presence of cute dogs and still be productive

Qualifications:
• Number one qualification: A genuine interest in giving people a great product and excelling at your work
• Great organizational skills, such as prioritization, follow-up and follow-through
• Interest in screen printing as a process
• Ability to communicate clearly and smoothly with Customer Service, Production and Management
• Desire to become extremely efficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, specifically automating tasks through keyboard shortcuts and actions
• Must be okay working in a dog-friendly atmosphere. Well, not just dog-friendly—there *are* dogs around. Always.
• A naturally positive outlook and attitude
